We specialise in freehold and long leasehold investment properties and businesses in all sectors of commercial activity. We arrange funding for residential building from the large company building multi-housing sites down to the small builder, building a few houses each year. We also specialize in Agriculture, Farms and Estates.

Basic lending criteria

As a general rule we can arrange a maximum of 75 to 80% of the purchase price or valuation of the property or business. Higher percentages are possible in certain circumstances and where additional security can be provided.

Commercial Mortgages

We are able to arrange Commercial Funding for care homes, industrial units / factories, warehouses, offices, hotels, as well as loans for professional practices like doctors, dentists, vets and schools.

Investment Properties

We can advise on the purchase or refinance of either Commercial or Residential investment properties and can look at refinancing from a low percentage over bank base depending upon the quality of the tenant.

Each case is different and needs to be structured on an individual basis to ensure the best deal is negotiated.

We look at the various ways the finance required can be structured and give you an indication of the rate of the loan interest that you will pay.
